  Finally got my Kinect working. Here’s my opinion.

  Alright. So months ago, I got myself a Kinect at a game store. The thing was, I have an Elite, and the Original Models need an adapter to use it. I knew this, but when I asked the cashier for one, they said I probably didn’t need one (I did). I ain’t going to blame them mainly because not that many people have the OG models, and they probably didn’t know about the adapter, but still. It took me a while to get me an adapter because I kept forgetting, but finally I got the guts to buy one, and a week later it arrived. Luckily, my Kinect and copy of Kinect Adventures worked, so that nightmare was over.

  So, my Opinion on the Kinect. It’s kinda cool. I like how responsive it usually is, even though I’ve been mainly playing the games from Microsoft themselves. The Kinect, in my opinion, was honestly the thing that ruined Xbox. Microsoft focused on it too much and allowed Sony to win the generation (outside of the Wii, but we don’t talk about that). And when they bundled it along side the Xbox One along side the other stupid ideas they did, that allowed Sony to have an upper hand. Overall, the Kinect is cool, I just wish Microsoft wasn’t as crazy into the idea of it.

  Also to clarify, I know the Kinect games that aren't good, but these ones don't work with the idea of the Kinect. I'm not trying to say the Kinect is the best thing ever, I'm just trying to show the pros.

  I think I’ve might’ve discovered something no other American has.

  

  Japanese Text I can’t understand 

  So, to add context, I made myself a Japanese Nintendo Account to get the Japanese NSO Consoles (Hey, it’s not illegal if they allow it), and one thing that I noticed while on their website is that you can make your own Switch bundle. Your own Joy-Con bundle, wrist straps, dock, and even add extras like another pair of Joy-Cons (Aren’t customizable), Pro Controller, NSO Subscription, and even a select game! This also allows for Joy-Cons that aren’t normally available. Like a color that normally on the left that you can do on the right. This is a crazy discovery of mine and I hope they bring it over soon.

  Goldstar P-G500AW Controller

  Hello! I'm currently looking for someone who has a controller for the Goldstar Famicom P-G500AW Console since my unit did not come with one. If anyone has an extra controller they would be willing to sell off, or even if they could help me out by recording the IR codes onto a universal remote of some sort, it would be greatly appreciated. I'd love to record a video about the unit and post it online but the famicom functionality is completely locked behind the controller unfortunately.

  leo0moroni è arrivata senza scatola originale di cartone (brandizzata xbox o diablo), ma all'interno di una enorme cassa di legno in cui la roba era "adagiata" in mezzo a pezzi di polistirolo (palline, non sagomato) e carta da imballaggio. Il tutto molto sparso, così come alcuni pezzi rotti decorativi. Per questo mi sono iscritto qui, per vedere se la cosa può determinare il valore...

  Buy/Sell Classified Ads format?

  I'm hoping to collect some Minecraft variant consoles that  seem to be 1 of 1. Rare variants are just going to be false positives with the eBay search, and every one-of-a-kind console has like 3 people claiming to own it.

  Would it be possible to have a long-form classified ads section (like craigslist) where I can post/make offers for my want-list, have the post sit for a few years or so & and keep it away from regular discussion here? My hope is that down the road, someone would see it, but a lot of this stuff isn't going to pop up tomorrow. I'd pay for some premium feature to just have that sitting up for a few years.

  I see there is a discord for buying/selling (that I only found reference to in other posts).

  Why that feels insufficient is that I want someone to do a price check for their rare console, and find my "please sell to me" ad.

  If I post the buying post in discord, google won't really help them to get to me.
