Some prototype designs were developed to see which one worked best for PlayStation users with disabilities.
Not much had changed since the last prototype; the numbered labels lose their white, but the PlayStation button had finally returned to it's logo, like in the first prototype.
Even though there are six different ones, it's likely that there are more that were produced.
