First of all.. How did we not see this after a year!
Here are 2 Nintendo DS Lite Guitar Hero Editions, one black/white and one color.. and no, these pictures are not the same system.. but colorized in 2007... these are actually 2 consoles!
It seems like the colored version is the North American version, and the black and white version is the one from Europe! Who could have guessed! Also the packaging variants are very different as well. as you can see on the picture below:
