  • Released in Brazil by Tec Toy
  • Mega Drive 3
  • Included 43 games
  • 2 Gray, 6 button controllers
  • There are two versions of the console.

The first system is more faithful to the Mega Drive hardware design, with the SEGA 315-6123 FQ8007 9923 chip, described on the printed circuit board as IC1, where it has a VDP (Video Display Processor), the Z80 and the YM2612. The VPV is the console's video processor with a palette of 512 colors, the Z80 is the audio processor that works together with Yamaha's YM2612 chip, which is the Mega Drive's famous FM chip. We also see the Altera chip, which does an excellent job of interpreting the Mega Drive hardware in a very faithful way. Is indicated with the bottom of the console being black.

The second version, indicated by the gray lower casing, received a new revision of the Mega Drive III chipset, this time with a low-cost ASIC (Application-Specific Integrated Circuit), which could be found in some models, the TECTOY-580G ( same ATT6001 as other models). It is a chip that is part of the console's functions, trying to bring maximum fidelity to games. Tec Toy's proprietary chip is better than the previous one and corrects a series of problems, making the experience much better when playing, but still different, especially in terms of audio. Two MX chips are responsible for storing the games' ROMS. This version of the console is emulation. It's indicated with the bottom of the console being gray.

The controls are in a more generic format and continue with the six-button style. This control model is less ergonomic and more fragile. In addition, the system has a rom of 43 games on the console board, with the main Sega titles and some Brazilian games, including games from the Pense Bem toy, which has 10 different games, but the other 33 titles, closing the 43 games . The source is internal automatic bivolt, it is not compatible with the Sega CD, and some models had a mini-din AV output, while others had an RCA type AV output, thus being the first models with this type of output.

Games on the console that have a save function (Sonic the Hedgehog 3) do not save.
