  • Model : MSU ALPS Rev.3
  • Earliest prototype of the PlayStation 3 controller from 2003-2005.
  • Produced by ALPS
  • Transitional period from PS2/PS3, these controllers were used with early development hardware such as CEB-2040/DEH-R1020 for example.
  • It has a taller middle and slightly different grips. Also has a analog button for games designed to use the D-pad not featured on the final controller.
