4 New DualShock 4 controllers announced! Releasing in September
Sony always surprises us with new announcements! The DualShock 4 Wireless Controller family has grown so much since its launch From the standard Jet Black to challenging colors like Berry Green Controller. Here is what we think about the new colors.
Rose Gold
An elegant design. it's a "safe" design because, what does not look pretty in rose gold?
a wise choice from Sony to get the controller in 2 different kind of pink colors. This is also one of the cutest controllers they made! This is also the first PlayStation 4 controller that is pink!
Titanium Blue
Looks Familiar? Could be! This looks exactly like the PlayStation 3 Candy Blue Controller! This is one of the designs where we think they didn't had much time to think of a name, Sony already released a PlayStation 3 console that is called "Titanium Blue"! Other then that, the controller looks great!
Electric Purple
Very unexpected! This is the first purple controller that Sony made since ever! They had a clear/purple controller for the PlayStation 2 in the past, but never a solid color one. It looks great! the black and purple is always a great combination. We are not sure why it's called Electric Purple, but I guess all the purple colors where taken!
Red Camouflage
Camouflage Blue, Camouflage Green, Camouflage White, Red had to come up someday! What can we say, the color looks good. This is one of the controllers that you will always find in a room. Well done Sony!
Small trivia: Did you know that the Camouflage Red/Green/Blue have all the same patterns? Now you know!
A Trip to memory lane!
This could be a coincidence but back in the age of the PlayStation 2, Sony has released Pink and Blue controllers for the PlayStation 2! Well, they look like it! Take a look at the following picture
