It really looks like a NDS Lite with a sticker on it... I'd like to see more pictures and other sources.

I have this console. I thought maybe there were a couple thousand because it was given out at the premiere of pirates. I didn't know there would be only 150. I'll post some pics later but it really is just a sticker slapped on top of the ds console.

What really sucks is the rear sticker covers the battery compartment. Genius design there. Lol. I ripped ours off like an idiot. Hahah
