They (CV, if you're refering to.) didn't make it, and even if they did, it'd be a tedious process. Also, only one has been ever made. You'd have better luck finding a normal model.

No. Infact, it's been a problem here for a good while now. There were talks in the Discord server for a verification process, but I'm not sure if that's still on the drawing board.
It's still on the table, it just need more time to be in place.
And if you want to see the console, it will be displayed at the Gamescom in Germany in August

i made a segestion a while ago that anyone who tries to claim they have a item with a 85/90 or higher should be forced to upload a original photo of the item in question to prove that they own it and not just say they do
