Thanks for answering. To be honest I don't think it's normal than a console nobody knows nothing about get a Legendary Rarity badge. It's a big flaw in the system to me.
It's an algorithm that takes into account the amount made, the popularity of the console, how many people own it, etc. We do not manually give consoles rarity values. There's a suggestions channel in our Discord if you're interested in passing these views along and helping suggest a system that you think would be more accurate.
