Based on the Starfield game by Bethesda, which includes prominent colors from the game's logo.
It also includes small text of the game's controls (unknown at the moment if this is the default scheme) and gripping areas. Finally, the LT and RT buttons become clear, and the backside is fully red, with transparent triggers that show the bronze rumble motors within and a clean, retro design, the Starfield Limited Edition Xbox Controller is “NASA-Punk” to its core. This controller features full side and back grips that resemble the panels of a spaceship, as well as a metallic bronze directional pad. The faceplate is accented with Constellation colors and printed with a control scheme inspired by your ship, the Frontier. Explore the stars untethered with up to 40 hours of battery life.
Why does it say [NA]? These were worldwide.
Right, I know that they can be activated regardless of region, but I tend to add this tag to the end since I do live in North America.
I never thought of this, but it could also be for good measure, as there are some subtle region differences in the controllers as well. For example: I don't have a japanese retail Wii Remote, but I've seen that they have an informal sticker on the top of the battery cover, while my NA retails don't.
