The Elite controller receives a makeover based on the DOOM: The Dark Ages videogame. The controller now receives a maroon colorway, along with the DOOM Slayer's symbol, with additional blood splatters and "ember-like flakes".

It's also a part of the DOOM: The Dark Ages — Limited Edition Collection, but was not released on the same day as the normal controller and console wrap.
