is this console a legit prize for something? I just got it and was wondering if it's worth keeping in my collection.

Heineken was known to do giveaways during the 6th generation of consoles if I am not mistaken there exists a Heinekin GameCube.
Edit:
I do recall seeing a silver variation of this on ebay but I can no longer find it... regardless I think it's likely legit.
I have a feeling that it is as well. So far, I was told that it isn't a sticker and that it's really on the console, and that it was PAL (as shown on the image.)
Since it's PAL, it may have been an entirely different event since the
Nintendo GameCube Heineken Black Console
and
Nintendo GameCube Heineken Indigo Console
are based off of NTSC GameCubes.
I am waiting on a reply from Heineken on the PS2 Slim. Fingers crossed they reply with something good
I don't think they will reply, i've aleardy messaged them when i made my first post and still didn't receive any messages back sadly. :(
Soo, the console was finally approved and got added to the site! :D

Curiosity got the best of me and made me question how much can i even get for that ps2 slim heineken lol
Just to mention i aleardy got a few offers of 1k euros from some collectors ik
i'll give you a euro and a half empty bottle of heineken. Let me know if you're interested :)
So bassicaly when i got my ps5 console the box was in mint condition and now it's all ruined for apparently no reason?
i want to mention that it was sitting on a shelf and nothing was put on top of it. the shelf is straight no bumps that would cause this issue, maybe it could be that it got crushed under it's own weight? If that's the case ill just sell the console...
Also the left seal is ripped ;-;
Any ideeas if i can do something to prevent further damage to the box? I can't put it on a hard surface apparently, does it need to be on soft surface?
That the kind of damages that can occur during shipping or any transport. For the damaged sleeve at the top, it can be humidity, the sleeve slightly wrap iteself when the inner box is a bit smaller than the sleeve.
I don't know if there is a way to prevent that, but never put the box in a plastic wrapping, especially food ones, it keep the humidity and destroy the box from the inside

I want to know more. Is the Heineken logo a sticker or is it really on there? Is the console NTSC-U/C or PAL? Also, I'd recommend that you keep it to see if it is actually rare.
I think it may have some close relation to the
Nintendo GameCube Heineken Black Console
.
Hi, the logo is really there, it's not a sticker like some people suggested. It's PAL
Also i wanted to mention that the console still has the seal on it, idk if it helps or not
That cancels the relation to the Heineken GameCube then, so I'm guessing it was a completely separate contest/raffle.
Do you mind if I (or someone else) add(s) it to the Database? (May also need the model number since I'm not that good at remembering all of the PS2 slims.)
Sure, i've made another post including more pics, including the serial
There was an event that happened called Heineken Jammin' Festival. May be of interest, great piece you got there (:
iirc Sony sponsored it or was apart of it somehow, may have been where this variant comes from 👀
