Appears to be a development kit for game studios. The model number is DTL-T10000.
It has x4 EE RAM (compared to normal ps2 units
it's the only piece of hardware capable of debugging everything that happens on the ps2 side of the machine (more specifically, the code running on the I/O CPU)
just like the early DTL-H machines, it lacks the system update and DVDplayer updates features
