Honestly looks like a custom paint job, nothing official. Improper use of masking tape is clearly visible around the power button, and edges elsewhere due to paint leakage.

The case look like a AMS gBox P4 and QDI is an old and dead ( in early 2000 ) Computer part manufacturer That really strange for the Nintendo design on it, do you have more pictures ?
Hi, Thanks fot replying I will take more pictures.. The power button has iQue on it..
Hello everyone,
I recently bought this DS, and I'am courious if anyone have seen this Version before, since I did not found any hints about it online.
The blue logo is professionally printed using the pad printing process.
Only found out, that Altium is an australian software company, design printed circuit boards, and Nintendo is using their software.
Thanks 🙂✌️
As you pointed out, Nintendo uses them for PCB design, in fact Nintendo uses Altium, Orcad, and Allegro for this. I wonder if this was a gift to Altium perhaps. While the serial is a little strange without a barcode, I have seen DS Lite's without a barcode and similar prefixes before.
If I had to really guess, I'm going with a gift to Altium from Nintendo that simply over time, made it on the streets.
I stumbled upon this the Odd Tinkering Youtube channel recently, and I have to say, it's pretty satisfying to watch old consoles being restored to their former glory. Anyone else enjoy videos like these?
That one of the only accurate channel about restaurations, you should check Tysytube too. Others are mostly fake or the guy just throw everything and build a console with aliexpress parts sadly.

Yea the moment the ramen comes out to fix a hole, that's when I stop watching.
These do appear to be legit repairs, which is great to see. Should be a list of fake repair channels (though I assume one is already online, not just from our hobby but from other hobby's as well).
Gonna cross post from the Discord here on my observations and findings thus far, but so far I can't ID this unit. The mouse in the picture has a scroll wheel which didn't come out until the mid 90's, however one now deleted X post, of which Google partially has cache of, that was in Japanese, translated into English says "Does anyone remember what the mysterious Super Nintendo equipment used at the Yume Matsuri venue was doing?"
It had hash tags for the following: Hudson, Caravan, Yume Matsuri
So, it very well might be from the mid 90's perhaps, so not "early", if anything just before the N64 launched.
I'm still trying to track down the logo on the front though, I know I've seen that logo once before.
Found the only information I could find on it: https://luigiblood.neocities.org/gameprocessor
I noticed that there is no coleco in this database
Yes, that's all I wrote :)
There's a couple brands that haven't been added to the page yet. Another would be Tiger, since they made the Tiger LCD handhelds, the Tiger R-Zone, Tiger Game.com and Tiger Gizmondo. There's also no Samsung Nuon, no Nokia N-Gage, no Philips CD-i, no Pioneer LaserActive, any Commodore/Amiga hardware (such as the Commodore 64 Games System, Commodore CDTV, or the Amiga CD32), Game Wave, Zeebo, Steam Deck, and even consoles from companies they already have listed, like the Bandi Super Vision 8000.
Edit: Correction, the Philips CD-i is on consolevariations, it's just under the Magnavox branding. I was unaware that Philips also made the Magnavox brand.
So, i've recently wanted to make a video abt the ps2 heineken slim lol. I think there's not enough videos about rare consoles on youtube or any sites. What do you guys think, should i make a video on the ps2?
