It's made by Daveart; same guy who made the Fable 2 Xbox & Halo 2 Xbox. My best guess is it's something from a Swedish contest or sweepstakes, Atari could've been involved. The original listing post states 20 were made in 1999, what for it doesn't say but 20 seems to be for something special
Do you know more about the Fable 2 Xbox 360 ? i cant find anything online about this console. I once saw one for sale, but I don't know if it's the exact Xbox you mean.
Sorry I don't know more than what's listed on the site as Daveart himself didn't specify which event this was for on his website, look up 'Fable Boy Xbox' on the CV

What I find interesting about Daveart is he only has sites listed for masks when I do research on him, I've never been able to find his site page for consoles if he even documented them back then, interesting find. The original site he listed on his illustrator sticker was http://sport.passagen.se/hockey/masker which I wbm'd & it basically gave me a 404 even in 1999, shame
I've tried to msg him on instagram where he seems super active but i've got no reply back so far, the console itself imo is pretty unique since it also has this on the inside of the console when you open the tray , i've made a new post since i can't seen to find an option to add pictures to replies lol

Unfortunately all the "spelkonsoller" he documented are locked behind a drop down window in Section 2 which WBM sucks for /: shame cause he also made 3 Xbox's for something called SummerShow
