- Very similar to the retail GameCube controller, but it uses an RJ11 port instead of a standard port.
- Shares similarities to the LodgeNet controller except for the buttons which are the exact same as retail.
- Was intended and used for hotels, but could also have been used for GDEV units.
- The cable is much thicker than other RJ11 controllers.
- A purple variation is not known to exist.
