Now based on the DOOM: The Dark Ages game, the controller now takes some accents from the DOOM Slayer's armor. There are also various symbols and details:

• The DOOM Slayer's Red Mark, as seen on his shield.
• ABXY buttons now in the form of the Sentiel Alphabet.
• Non-matching bumpers and thumbsticks (Orange, Grey, Red), which also reference the original DOOM Eternal armor (Praetor Suit).
• Metal Grooves near the Xbox button.
• Blood splatter and rusted steel.

This was an Microsoft Store Exclusive released on the same day the DOOM: The Dark Ages — Limited Edition Collection was announced.
