Won in a lottery held by Coca-Cola, and was told by the previous owner and winner of the lottery, that you participated by collecting tickets from bottle caps.
An acknowledged high-end Coca-Cola collector confirmed that it is authentic, and referred to the cooperation between Coca-Cola and Sony at the time (Mid 90's).
