- The console comes in a custom-built case by the company Source Inc. who supplied these cases to EA Sports. They're high quality, sturdy, heavy cases fitted with padding on the inside specifically sized to the proportions of the PS3 Slim. The cover of the case features an identical cover to that etched onto the console itself.
- The console has a laser-etching on it, customized with a sports broadcaster's name (in this case, Mike Hill), making it a 1-of-1 console with this particular display.
- It is a CECH2101A model PS3 slim.
- Believed to be customized for specific individuals (athletes, sports broadcasters, etc.) who may have played a role in the developer EA's sports games.
