- Bundle containing the following accessories in sky blue ("mizuiro") color:
- Wii remote + jacket + wrist strap
- Wii motionplus + jacket
- Nunchuck
- Available exclusively through a Club Nintendo giveaway in Japan: The "Wii Sports Resort「オリジナルカラーWiiリモコン」プレゼントキャンペーン".
- By purchasing Wii Sports Resort and registering it between June 25th and August 31st 2009, you could enter a lottery to win this bundle. 5000 entrants would receive this prize.
- This "sky blue" colour is distinct from the regular blue color that was used later in the Wii's lifespan. It's less saturated and a bit more subdued.
- Unlike this one, regular blue Wii remotes did not come with a matching blue jacket or wrist strap. They instead reused the regular ones that white and pink remotes came with
- Notably, this was the only color variation of the Wii motionplus accessory that was ever released. Outside of this bundle, it was only available in the standard white and black colours that were sold worldwide.
- The Wii remote comes preloaded with two exclusive Miis, "岡村さん" and "矢部さん" based on the Japanese comedy duo "Ninety-Nine". These two were used in a series of Japanese commercials to promote the game's release.
- Like other Miis distributed by Nintendo, they have golden pants and can't be modified
- Like all Wii remote releases, it also came with a pair of AA batteries. These were placed directly above the Wii remote in the box.

Very cute packaging, unboxing it feels like unwrapping a present. It matches the game's aesthetic and vibe really well and is unique compared to other Wii remote releases. Even little details like the preloaded Miis are so interesting, there's so much to discuss about this release because of all the attention to detail and effort that went into it.

4 years late, but...
This colour of both wii remote and nunchuck were only available through this bundle, exclusive to this one Japanese sweepstakes. It is distinct from the regular "blue" accessories that were available worldwide.
Regular blue wii remotes with motionplus built in were sold worldwide after the release of Wii Sports Resort, and the blue nunchuck was only available bundled with the blue "family edition" console.
