- This Memory Card was exclusive to Japanese copies of Animal Crossing which is known as Dōbutsu no Mori+ (どうぶつの森＋) or Animal Forest+ in English
- The front of this memory card features a design of a Gyroid, a species of creatures in the game
- The capacity of this Memory Card is 59 blocks
- All memory cards that came included with new copies of Animal Forest+ that had 59 blocks in capacity also came with a "special present"
- This "special present" was 2 Famicom games and a K.K. Slider song
