  • All known units have serials ranging between 100032200 and 100040100. Based off of this, there would be around 8k produced.
  • DSi Development Unit used at factories for testing during the production of the Nintendo 3DS system. 
  • Like the regular kiosk DSi, the system cannot be turned off with the power button. Instead, removing the charger turns off the unit. When connecting the charger the system turns on. Included stylus can also not be used, as it is glued into the system and cannot be removed.
