The 7th Pokemon Day was held on June 18-19, 2011 at Mirabilandia, an Italian amusement park.
One of the mini-games at the event was to battle 5 strong CPU players in the Nimbasa City (B/W) Battle Institute.
This Battle Test was provided by 5 consoles with a particular cartridge that allowed 30 players to play that Test. About 3,000 players played on these two days.
On each day a ranking of the best players was made, defined by the number of battles won and the time it took to do so.
This is one of five consoles. They were scheduled to be destroyed or sent back to Nintendo, and this was done for 3 of them.
This unit was never opened and the rom was not dumped or available online.
The rom only works in the date 18-19-20 June 2011.
