  • Konami Style held a lottery during a special release event for the Japan, and Europe release of Metal Gear Solid 3D on March 8th, 2012
  • Purchasers of the game at the event in Akihibara, Tokyo were entered into the lottery, which lasted until 8 PM on March 8th, 2012
  • Also an Eva themed 3DS console drawn by Yoji Shinkawa, and signed by Hideo Kojima was apart of the lottery
