Microsoft Xbox 360 XDK Development Kit

Xbox 360 XDK Devkit. Final hardware.

This is the standard Phat Xbox 360 Devkit. Available with a Xenon, Zephyr, or Jasper Motherboard. Has Sidecar. Requires 213W PSU for all motherboard revisions. Manufacturing stickers on the back say Xbox 360 XDK.

As far as I know, Falcon / Opus models didn’t exist. Correct me if I’m wrong.

The outer shell doesn't resemble any Xbox 360 retail console you could buy in a store. The colour of the Devkit is gray and it is a unique colour for the Xbox 360, because Elite consoles are black. Has gray matte DVD Drive bezel and eject button.

The bootloaders are different from Testkit bootloaders. Has Kernel Debugging an VS Debugging. Has 512mb of RAM.

The Sidecar board is identical to a Testkit Sidecar board. The Pix Port on a Devkit is not covered and is used for debugging purposes.
